Substrate requirements
The substrate must be clean, dry, capable of bearing a load, and free from substances that may impair adhesion (oil, grease, wax).

Preparations
To ensure a permanent bonding of a synthetic finish, a correct pre-treatment of the substrate is necessary. This applies to both existing and new substrates. Before the PUR Deco Color Bright is applied, the substrate needs to be fitted with a primer from the Remmers range. On concrete floors and sand cementious screeds, apply as a primer. A manual about substrate pre-treatment is available on request.

Application requirements
Temperature of the material, air and substrate: min. 10 °C and max. 30 °C.
The temperature of the substrate must be at least 3 °C above the dew point.

Drying
The drying and curing times of the PUR Deco Color Bright, at a layer thickness of 2 mm are as follows:
- recoatable : after 16 hours and a maximum within 48 hours at 20 °C
- fully cured : after 7 days at 20 °C

Working tools / cleaning

Clean tools immediately after use with V 101 Thinner.

Storage / shelf life

In the original, unopened packaging, stored in a dry place between 5 °C and 25 °C, minimum 12 months.
May not be stored or exposed to temperatures beneath 5 °C.

The consumption is approx. 1,5 kg/m² per mm layer thickness

Disposal instructions

Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
