    Field of application

    • For use indoors and outdoors
    • Filling pores and pipes up to 1 mm
    • Levelling concrete surfaces and load-bearing dispersion coatings
    • Intermediate coating in OS 4 (OS-C) and OS 5a (OS-DII) system in accordance with DIN EN 1540 / DIN V 18026

    Properties

    • Water-based
    • Crack bridging up to 0.3 mm (static)
    • Good adhesion on concrete and load-bearing mineral or synthetic resin bonded coatings
    • Can be applied by brush, roller, spraying equipment or filler knife
    • Fibre-reinforced, contains mineral fillers
    • Approved by the German Federal Highway Research Institute (BASt)
    • Tested in accordance with DIN EN 1504-2
    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

        Dry, clean, free of dust and cracks (except hairline cracks) and capable of supporting a load.

        Free of aggressive salts.

      • Preparations

        Use Impregnation Primer to prime mineral substrates capable of supporting a load.

        Use Primer SV or Hydro Deep Primer to prime any sanding, firmly adhering substrates.

        For coatings in accordance with coating systems OS 4 and OS 5a, no primer is needed.

      • By brush / By roller / Filling knife / Airless/airmix spraying
      • Application temperature: min. 8 °C max. 30 °C
      • Application requirements

        Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +8 °C to max. +30 °C

      • Stir well.

        Coat the surface using a suitable tool.

        Depending on the conditions of the substrate, apply 1 or 2 coats.

        For coatings in accordance with coating systems OS 4 and OS 5a, two coats must be applied.

        Wait at least 8 hours between coats.

    • Application instructions
      • Remove filter from airless spraying equipment before use in order to prevent blockages.

        Use suitable equipment for mineral filling; recommended nozzle size 0.055 inches.

        Protect freshly treated surfaces from driving rain, wind, sunlight and condensation.

        The temperature of the substrate must be at least 3 °C above the dew point temperature during application and curing.

      • Thinning

        When applied by spraying, the material can be diluted with up to 2% water.

      • Wash tools and any splashed material with water immediately and while wet.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Shelf-life 12 months
      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 12 months.

    • Usage
      • Approx. 400 ml - 900 ml / m² per layer applied
      • Approx. 400 - 900 ml/m² per coat depending on the condition of the substrate

      • The application rate depends on the absorbency of the surface

        Apply to a large enough trial area to determine the precise amount required.

    • General information
      • Deviations from applicable regulations must be agreed separately.

        The relevant test certificates must be observed when planning and carrying out work.

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
