Substrate requirements
The substrate must be clean, absorbent and oil-free.

Pre-wet old concrete/screed surfaces in advance (1 day before application of the product).

Application

Application requirements
Temperature of material, environment and substrate: min. +5 °C to max. +25 °C.

Apply several generous layers of the material wet-on-wet using a flow coating procedure and without applying pressure.
Use a rubber scraper to spread the material, then brush through with a broom.
Remove any excess material and/or rinse with water after a suitable gel formation time (approx. 30 min).
It is recommended to use a cleaning machine on large surface areas.

Take appropriate measures to protect adjacent building elements and materials that should not come into contact with the product.
When used with pigmented screeds, colour changes may occur after the material is applied.
Depending on the ambient conditions, the reaction may take up to 90 days.

Suitable spraying equipment, brooms, suitable cleaning machines

Clean tools with water while the material is still fresh.
Any material that has already begun to dry can only be removed mechanically.

Storage / shelf life

If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 24 months.

Disposal instructions

Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
