Substrate requirements
Stable, dry, clean, dust-free and free of oil, grease and release agents

Remove projecting seams and mortar remains.
Roughen non-mineral and pore-free substrates.
Create a contact layer of the waterproofing material and leave to dry.

Application

Apply waterproofing material in a sufficient thickness, then embed the joint tape into the waterproofing material while it is still wet, ensuring that the full surface is covered and no bubbles form.
Depending on the waterproofing product used, the 2nd and 3rd layer of waterproofing is applied over the entire surface.

The permissible application temperatures depend on the product properties of the waterproofing products used.
Apply the waterproofing material crosswise in relation to the tape. The tape must not be damaged.

The current technical regulations must be observed.
Current regulations and legal requirements must be taken into account and deviations from these must be agreed separately.
The relevant test certificates must be observed when planning and carrying out work.
Always set up a trial area/trial areas first.
Clean connection areas such as the waterproofing flange of the floor drain/drainage channel/drainage spout for the professional connection of the waterproofing, roughen if necessary and prepare with a suitable epoxy resin primer with quartz sand blinding.
