In addition to high mechanical resilience, high wear resistance and easy cleaning, Remmers floor coating systems are characterised by the resource-saving use of raw materials that are harmless to health and certified, sustainable design solutions for all areas relating to floor coatings.
Low-emission coating systems with tested emission behaviour have been a standard feature of the product development process for Remmers floor coating systems since the early 2000s. External measurements in emission chambers and their evaluation are used to eliminate potential pollutants even before market launch, thereby setting the highest quality standards for indoor air quality. Consequently, Remmers GmbH was also one of the first manufacturers to consistently help shape national and international standards for its coating products and to consistently implement them through general building inspectorate approvals and later TÜV PROFiCert certificates for interiors.

Based on the extensive emission test certificates, Remmers GmbH is able to provide national and international emission and sustainability certificates (such as AgBB, LEED, BREEAM, DGNB, QNG, BNB) and thus to give the planner, investor and customer peace of mind that every possible measure has been taken to achieve the best possible indoor air quality.
