    Properties

    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

        The substrate being cleaned must be dry and free from dust and loose debris.

      • Preparations

        Use a suitable tool to coarsely clean off the substrate.

        Set up a trial area to determine the cleaning effect.

        Take appropriate measures to protect adjacent building elements and materials that should not come into contact with the product.

      • Application temperature: min. 5 °C max. 30 °C
      • By brush / By roller / Filling knife / Airless/airmix spraying
      • Drying time: can be worked over after 24 h
      • Application requirements

        Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +5 °C to max. +30 °C

      • Stir the material thoroughly using a suitable tool.

        If necessary, stir in component B thoroughly.

        Apply with suitables tools to the full substrate area.

        Apply material over the entire surface manually or by airless spraying.

        Fill undercut areas and contours thoroughly with the material.

        After 24 hours and once completely dry, remove the film by pulling it off, keeping the tensile force as constant as possible.

        Cleaned surfaces can be further cleaned with a damp sponge or medium-hard brush (nylon bristles).

        Use as little water as possible.

        Airless spraying equipment

        Stainless steel or plastic tools are recommended.

        Clean tools immediately after use with water and detergent.

      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • Shelf-life 12 months
      • If stored unopened in the original container and kept cool, dry and protected from frost, min. 12 months (component A)/min. 24 months (component B).

    • Usage
      • Depending on the application / m²
      • Approx. 1.0 kg/m² on flat surfaces
        Approx. 1.0 – 3.0 kg/m² on highly textured surfaces

      • Apply to a large enough trial area to determine the precise amount required.

    • General information
      • The specified mixing ratios must be carefully observed.

        The relevant test certificates must be observed when planning and carrying out work.

        Always set up a trial area/trial areas first.

        Current regulations and legal requirements must be taken into account and deviations from these must be agreed separately.

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.

        Any material that is contaminated after application must be disposed of in accordance with the applicable regulations.
