    Product specifications

    Mixture

    Density (20°C) 1.55 g/cm³ (3K mixture)

The stated values represent typical product characteristics and are not to be construed as binding product specifications.

    Field of application

    • Hollow and triangular coves
    • Ram protection
    • Plinths and ground courses
    • Installing sills etc.

    Properties

    • Ready-mixed, pigmented 3K PU concrete mortar
    • Liquid-tight
    • High chemical resistance
    • High mechanical resistance
    • High thermal resistance
    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

The substrate must be firm, dimensionally stable, capable of bearing loads and free of loose constituents, dust, oil, grease, rubber marks and other substances that could interfere with adhesion.

        Concretemax. 6 m% moisture

        Cement screedmax. 6 m% moisture

The tensile strength of the surface of the substrate must be at least 1.5 N/mm² on average (smallest individual value of at least 1.0 N/mm²), and the compressive strength must be at least 25 N/mm².

The substrate must be primed with Crete TF 60 (226867).

Apply the mortar while the primer is still wet.

    • Preparation
      • Mixing time 3 min
      • Combination container

Shake component A homogeneously directly before use.

Then transfer the material into a clean mixing vessel (empty container) and add component B. Mix both components well together. Complete the mixture by adding component C (filler) while stirring and remixing intensively with a double-barrel mixer, e.g. Collomix Xo 55 R duo.

Insufficient mixing is indicated by streaks forming.

Mix for at least 3 minutes.

    • Application
      • Application temperature: min. 10 °C max. 20 °C
      • Pot life 10 min
      • As a general principle, higher temperatures will reduce and lower temperatures will increase the times stated.

    • Working tools / cleaning
      • Profiled trowel, smoothing trowel

      • More detailed information can be found in the Remmers Tool Programme.

Clean tools, equipment and splashed material immediately while fresh with V 101.

Take suitable protective and waste disposal measures when cleaning.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Store frost-free
      • Shelf-life 18 months
      • If stored in unopened, original containers in a cool, dry place protected from frost, component A has a shelf life of at least 18 months and components B and C at least 12 months.

    • Usage
      • See application examples

    • Application examples
      • HT

Use a suitable profiled trowel to apply the material for the hollow cove onto the Crete WR Primer while the primer layer is still wet.

The actual material consumption depends on the wall connection and the profiling trowel used.

        approx. 2.00 kg/running metre (triangular cove, side length 5 x 5 cm)
        approx. 1.50 kg/running metre (hollow cove, side length 5 x 5 cm)

    • General information
      • Unless otherwise specified, all of the values and application rates given above have been determined under laboratory conditions (20 °C) using standard colours. Slight deviations from these values may arise if the product is worked with on site.

The resistance to chemical substances must be assessed with regard to the temperature of the medium (see chemical resistance list).

Due to the short reaction time, the coating operation must be well planned and prepared.

Due to the different filler and pigment contents, there may be differences in colour shade between Crete WR Color and the Remmers Crete coating system used.

When coating continuous surfaces, only use materials with the same batch number as slight differences in colour, gloss and texture may occur.

Abrasive mechanical loads leave traces of wear.

Further notes on working, system construction and maintenance of the listed products can be found in the latest Technical Data Sheets and the Remmers system recommendations.

PU concretes in general are functional floor coverings with low requirements with regard to appearance and are generally not colour-fast.

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
