    • Synthetic resin flooring
    • AB_B_192

    Properties

    • Low-build marking paint
    • High abrasion resistance
    • Fast drying
    • Free of aromatic compounds
    • Good resistance to chemicals
    • Suitable for substrates with residual moisture > 4%
    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

The substrate must be load-bearing, dimensionally stable, solid, free of loose particles, dust, oils, greases, rubber abrasion and other separating substances

Old markings must be checked for stability and compatibility. In case of doubt, it is advisable to carry out test markings. If necessary, old markings must be removed mechanically.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • If stored in unopened original container in a cool, dry place, protected from frost, the product will keep for at least 9 months.

    • Usage
      • 0.4 - 0.9 kg/m² (variable depending on the substrate)

    • General information
      • Adhesion problems may occur on new concrete surfaces due to surface components such as fine mortar layers or concrete slurry. These must be removed using suitable methods. In addition, test markings should be applied in case of doubt.

Natural, artificial and composite stone paving are flexible substrates. No warranty is assumed in the event of cracking or spalling due to the relative movements of the paving substrates, moisture penetration and the resulting wear and tear on the markings. The visible pattern of the paving joints in the markings does not constitute a defect within the meaning of liability for defects.

A preliminary test coating is strongly recommended on synthetic resin floors.
