    • Water-based
    • Converts sulphates into low-solubility compounds
    • Not hydrophobic
    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

Dust-free, clean, free from substances that could impair adhesion (oil, wax, grease etc.)

      • Preparations

Remove coatings, renders and whitewashes at least 80 cm above the upper edge of the masonry salt or damp.

Use a dry brush to remove any visible salt.

Rake out damaged mortar joints to a depth of at least 2 cm.

    • Application
      • Application temperature: min. 5 °C max. 35 °C
      • By brush / Low pressure spraying
      • Application requirements

Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +5 °C to max. +35 °C

      • Apply the material in sections, under gravity and without misting in the flow coating procedure, horizontally from top to bottom.

Repeat the procedure (wet-on-wet) until no more material uptake is observed.

    • Application instructions
      • Take appropriate measures to protect adjacent building elements and materials that should not come into contact with the product.

        Immediately remove excess product.

After 2-3 hours at the earliest, prime with Kiesol (1:1 with water).

    • Working tools / cleaning
      • By brush / Low pressure spraying
      • Broom, paintbrush, ceiling brush, sprayer with wide-angle nozzle

      • Clean tools with water while the material is still fresh.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • Shelf-life 24 months
      • If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 24 months.

If stored below +8 °C, sedimentation of the solid particles may occur. They will dissolve again at higher temperatures.

    • Usage
      • Total application/absorption rate 0.5 kg - 1.0 kg Total / m²
      • Approx. 0.5 - 1.0 kg/m² depending on the substrate
