    Field of application

    • For use indoors and outdoors

    • Interior and exterior wood
    • Windows, doors, laminated beams, furniture and similar items
    • Additional substrates: Sheet steel, cast iron and aluminium, chipboard
    • Unsuitable substrates:
      - Substrates that can be dissolved by nitrocellulose thinner (e.g. acrylic coatings)
      - Galvanised and hot-dip galvanised sheet metal
      - Reactive primer (wash primer), synthetic resin or nitrocellulose combination primer, because adhesion difficulties are expected on these substrates
      - Tropical woods such as teak and palisander contain substances that can significantly delay or even prevent the hardening of polyester

    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

        The substrate must be clean, dry, capable of bearing a load, and free from substances that may impair adhesion (oil, grease, wax).

        Dimensionally stable wood building elements: wood moisture content 11-15%

        Wood building elements with limited or no dimensional stability: wood moisture content max. 18%

    • Application
      • Mixing ratio comp. A 100 : comp. B 2
      • Application temperature: min. 10 °C max. 30 °C
      • Filling knife
      • Working time 4 - 5 min
      • Drying time: can be worked over after 20 – 25 minutes
      • Filling

        After 20-25 minutes hardening time, Induline 2K filler can be dry-sanded.

    • Application instructions
      • When applying filler to exterior wood, swelling and shrinkage of the wood may cause spalling.

        Observe BFS Code of Practice No. 18 "Coatings on Wood and Wooden Working Materials in Outdoor Areas".

      • Drying

        Practice values at +20 °C and 65% relative humidity.

    • Working tools / cleaning
      • Filling knife
      • Clean tools using WV-891 Brush Wash or V-890 Thinner.

        Any material that has already begun to dry can only be removed mechanically.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • Shelf-life 12 months
      • If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 12 months.

    • General information
      • Apply to a trial area before use.

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
