    Field of application

    • For use on walls indoors and ceilings
    • Bonding Remmers interior insulation panels (iQ Therm)
    • Mineral (and sulphate-containing) wall building materials and substrates that are suitable for rendering

    • Hydraulically hardening
    • Free of mineral fibres
    • Long open time
    • Reliable fixing and prevention against slipping
    • Water vapour permeable
    • Highly capillary active
    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

Clean, dust-free and capable of supporting a load.

      • Preparations

Pre-wet the substrate so that it is slightly moist.

Pretreat highly absorbent substrates with Primer Hydro F (Art. 2842).

Level off and even out highly uneven substrates – use SP Level to close up joints and even out surfaces.

    • Application
      • Application temperature: min. 5 °C max. 30 °C
      • Mortar cover / Filling knife / Trowel application
      • Application requirements

Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +5 °C to max. +30 °C

      • Use the material to level out any unevenness of < 8 mm in the substrate.

A scratch coat is recommended as a preparatory working step.

Apply the material vertically to the substrate with a toothed smoothing trowel (4560).

Press on the board, beginning at the bottom.

A full-surface bonding is to be achieved.

    • Application instructions
      • Once it has hardened, mortar must not be made workable again by adding either water or more wet mortar.

    • Working tools / cleaning
      • Mortar cover / Filling knife / Trowel application
      • Mixing tool, smoothing trowel, trowel, notched trowel

      • Clean tools with water while the material is still fresh.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Protect form moisture
      • Shelf-life 12 months
      • If stored in an unopened container and in a dry place, the product will keep for approx. 12 months.

    • Usage
      • 1.4 kg / mm thick layer / m²
      • Approx. 1.4 kg/m²/mm layer thickness, approx. 7 kg/m² including levelling filler

      • Apply to a large enough trial area to determine the precise amount required.

    • General information
