    • Synthetic resin renders
    • Surfaces with different roughness levels and hairline cracks
    • Intermediate coat under Silicone Resin Paint LA

    Properties

    • Water-based
    • Fibre-reinforced
    • Water repellent w ≤ 0.1 kg/(m²∙h0.5)
    • Highly water vapour diffusion capable sd ≤ 0.05 m
    • Does not inhibit carbonation
    • Low-stress
    • Matt, mineral character
    • Fine-sand, coarse texture
    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

Dry, clean, free of dust and cracks (except hairline cracks) and capable of supporting a load.

Free of salts known to be damaging to building materials.

      • Preparations

Use Primer Hydro HF to prime mineral substrates capable of supporting a load.

Use Primer Hydro HF to prime any sanding, firmly adhering substrates.

    • Application
      • Application temperature: min. 5 °C max. 25 °C
      • By brush / By roller / Filling knife / Airless/airmix spraying
      • Application requirements

Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +5 °C to max. +25 °C

      • Stir well.

Coat the surface using a suitable tool.

Apply one coat of the material to even out the texture.

Wait at least 24 hours before applying subsequent layers.

    • Application instructions
      • Take appropriate measures to protect adjacent building elements and materials that should not come into contact with the product.

When coating continuous surfaces, only use materials with the same batch number.

Intensive colours, such as yellow, red, etc. may have a lower hiding power due to their pigments. Apply an additional coat if required.

Protect freshly treated surfaces from driving rain, wind, sunlight and condensation.

    • Working tools / cleaning
      • By brush / By roller / Filling knife / Airless/airmix spraying
      • Brush, surface brush, lamb's wool roller, scraper, stainless steel trowel and airless spraying equipment

      • Clean tools with water while the material is still fresh.

Clean splashed material with water while the material is still fresh.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • Shelf-life 12 months
      • If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 12 months.

    • Usage
      • Total application/absorption rate 0.3 kg - 0.5 kg Total / m²
      • Approx. 0.3 - 0.5 kg/m²

      • Application rates may vary depending on the condition of the surface.

Apply to a large enough trial area to determine the precise amount required.

    • General information
