Remmers Floors for Lafarge Cement LaboratoriesIn the changing rooms and washing areas of the Lafarge cement laboratories in Derbyshire; all types of industrial vinyl sheet flooring were being destroyed within six months of being laid. A much tougher and durable, yet still cost effective solution was therefore required.
The ideal solution was found to be Remmers 6mm Floormix screed, a coloured aggregate and epoxy resin floor, developed to give a very hard wearing, slip-resistant and durable, decorative and easily cleaned, waterproof finish. So this has now been installed throughout all of the areas by the specialist IRL Group from Loughborough.
