Full Story: Specialist flooring and coating systems contractor Tornado Management of Deeside, have now applied over 5,000m² of Remmers’ protective flooring and coating products, all in accordance with the Home Office’s approved specifications, in new Police Stations and other Police facilities for the Greater Manchester Police Authority. The tough and durable Remmers BS 2000 and BS 3000 epoxy resin based systems have been used extensively, and not only in the cells, shower areas, custody suites and corridors but also in the plant rooms of their various buildings and in the specialist police dog kennels. These Remmers systems are unique fast curing water based epoxy coatings which can be applied from 100-3000 microns (3mm) in thickness even onto damp or new concrete.
