Kemnal Technology College Selects
Remmers Technology
Kemnal Technology College is a Secondary School for Boys in the London Borough of Bromley.
The reinforced concrete framed Listed structure was built in 1938 in the style of the ‘Art Deco’ movement of the time.
70 years later the structure was in need of refurbishment and Folcrete Restoration Services Limited were awarded Phase 1 of the £200,000 project as Main Contractor.
The works involved replacement of the asphalt roofing, replacement of the windows, plus repair and protection of all of the exposed concrete surfaces using a complete Remmers system.
The original green shade of the precast window mullions was colour matched by Remmers and the white façade has been fully restored to its original ‘Art Deco’ appearance.
