Mill Road Terrace:
Cellar Tanking in a Day with Remmers
The cellar at Mill Road Terrace was originally constructed with no floor structure and irregular walls, so the contractor laid a new concrete floor and erected new concrete block walls to provide a regular and uniform space.
To make full use of the space as living accommodation, all of the surfaces were sealed with Remmers Kiesol solution followed by two coats of Remmers Sulfatex Grout Rapid.
This internally applied BBA Approved tanking system, is designed to completely seal and waterproof cellars and external walls – plus it can be applied in a single day.
