First 3H Varnishes Integrated

Just 4 months after taking over the east Westphalian company, 3H-Lacke Lackfabrik Hammen, Remmers Baustofftechnik is now offering customers the first products for coating wood surfaces. The products made by 3H-Lacke, which has a reputation especially as a supplier for the European furniture and kitchen industry, supplement Remmers' existing competence in the field of coatings.

With the product Acrylic VSL-115 Vario Finish customers now have a very fast drying, PVC resistant, single component acrylic, varnish at their disposal, the good resistance properties of which can be further enhanced by working as a 2-component product. Because the product is particularly lightfast and does not yellow, it can also be used as a coating film for white varnishes.

 

 

PUR HCL-242/90 High Gloss Color Varnish is an opaque, 2-component, polyurethane varnish system. It is distinguished by good flow properties and excellent hiding power. It is also extremely resistant to scratches and chemicals.

The third product is a specially formulated UV-absorber, ULM-822 Universal Light Stabiliser. It provides effective UV protection especially for light-coloured wood such as maple, ash, beech, spruce or pine and can be used in all transparent Aqua, NC and PUR varnishes in the system.
