Brief Description
The city of Staßfurt houses this historic mansion which were a vocal point of the city of old Staßfurt.  The beautiful facades of the houses have not been touched since the late 70s. Brief Description
The "entrance" to the historic old
city of Greifswald is through the Villa on Muhlentor. This also includes the Villa ‘AM Mill Gate 2 ", which for the last 90 years was used as a dental lab but has stood empty for nearly a decade.  As part of the renovations to the Day Hospital, the interior insulation required attention from the basement to the roof.
